Warranty

DaCapo Music Inc., offers a limited warranty. All instruments are warranted for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase from an authorized DaCapo Music dealer or DaCapo Music Ltd. The warranty is non-transferable and is subjected to the following terms and conditions.

The followings are not covered under DaCapo warranty:

       1.Normal wear and tear of the instrument or its parts

       2.Damage that is caused by extreme temperatures, acts of nature, dry climates, humidity

       3.Any instruments that are damaged due to misuse, accident, negligence

       4.Strings and Batteries

       5.Personal opinion regarding the sound of the instrument, the color of the finishing and the wood grain

To make your claim, instruments must be returned with the original sales receipt to an authorized DaCapo Dealer or to Dacapo Music. Ltd. The Dealer will evaluate the instruments and decide whether the instrument can be resolved locally or should be returned to DaCapo Music Ltd,. The customer will pay freight charges on all return along with the original receipt. This includes to in-store purchases, internet sales and mail order purchases.
